Comments: Pale coneflower is a highly-resilient and highly-adaptable perennial of savannahs, glades and prairies. Long, skinny pale-purple petals droop from the large center cone and sit atop the tall, slender stalks that shoot straight up from the ground. Blooming occurs in late spring and early summer, and the remaining seed heads provide food for birds. Excellent in naturalized areas or native gardens.
