Comments: This drought tolerant, native evergreen plant will be a dependable performer for many years. The 2 to 3 foot long leaves of Adam's needle have curly thread-like filaments on the margins and a spiny tip. Each rosette produces a 5 to 8 foot rigid inflorescence of fragrant creamy white bell-shaped flowers in early summer. Use its rigid, radiating form to add an engergetic focal point in a dry garden.
