Comments: This decidous shrub is an interesting addition for a more naturalized look in the landscape. Wild senna is native to Oklahoma and will thrive in our extreme summer conditions. It bears large clusters of black pea-like seed pods that stick out dramatically in the fall and winter garden. In the summer it has large clusters of dark yellow flowers. Its leaves are compound and feathery and provide an interesting texture in the landscape.
